Our Experience.

The Pate Group was founded by Krystal Pate and Glenda Ryan-a mother-daughter team with deep roots in healthcare staffing and recruiting. Krystal, who is also president of Atlanta-based Southern Crescent Personnel (SCP), has more than 14 years of experience in dental and medical recruiting. Glenda, The Pate Group's Vice President of Operations and former owner of SCP, has more than 16 years of experience in recruiting professionals.

Together, Krystal and Glenda work to foster a climate that encourages excellence and innovation among staff, clients, and candidates.
